The Behavioural and Strategic Communication Lab equips Gen Z content creators, influencers, digital activists and multimedia storytellers to become responsible communicators for civic participation and digital democracy.

Participants develop skills in public narrative, digital storytelling, conflict-sensitive messaging, fact-based civic communication, misinformation response and simplifying public issues for young audiences. Working with Gen Z fellows, they create responsible digital content that encourages dialogue, strengthens information integrity and helps wider youth communities participate more constructively in civic life.
