We deliver structured capacity-building for teachers in public schools to strengthen digital teaching practice and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence in education. Through hands-on training, teachers will learn practical digital skills for lesson planning, assessments, record keeping, classroom communication, and creating learning resources. The program will also introduce teachers to AI tools that can support routine tasks such as generating lesson outlines, practice questions, marking rubrics, and feedback, helping reduce workload while keeping the teacher fully in control. A strong emphasis will be placed on ethical and responsible use, including privacy and data protection, fairness, verification of outputs, and safe classroom rules for student use. Teachers are also equipped to prevent and respond to technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV), with clear reporting and referral pathways to protect learners, especially girls. Each teacher will receive a toolkit and support to step down training within their schools for sustainability.
