Problem Solved

Nigeria’s digital transition risks deepening inequality. Youth, women, and persons with disabilities often gain access to technology without gaining income-relevant skills, AI readiness, digital rights literacy, or safe civic participation pathways. As civic space shrinks, Gen Z actors face surveillance, harassment, and intimidation particularly online. IDER-P solves this by offering a full empowerment pathway: from skills → inclusion → ethical technology → AI readiness → civic participation.

To empower youth, women, and persons with disabilities with inclusive digital skills, ethical technology knowledge, AI readiness, and digital rights literacy, enabling safe civic participation, economic opportunity, and community-driven social change.

To create a future where every young person regardless of background, gender, or ability has equitable access to education, opportunity, and the resources needed to become leaders and change-makers in their communities.
